Informing and raising awareness among our partners
The aim is to inform our partners about our sustainability journey and to support them in theirs. A dialogue has been initiated with our various partners: hoteliers, taxi drivers, guides, activity providers, wherby they have been provided with a sustainability framework listing a number of criteria on which we wish to evaluate our partnership.

Informing and raising awareness among our customers
Before the trip
Information on Responsible Tourism is available on our trip programs, specific to each trip.
By 2027, we plan to be able to display the carbon footprint of each of our trips on our website. The objective in providing all this information to our future customers is to allow them to compare all the trips offered in an objective and quantified way, while informing them of the environmental approach of the travel agency through which they are preparing to book.
During the trip
For self-guided trips, we give as much information as possible to our customers in our roadbooks. A section inspired by the 7 principles of "Leave No Trace" is included in this document in order to raise awareness of the behaviour to adopt on site. Example of possible awareness: The 7 principles of "Leave NO Trace": prepare and plan, use sustainable products, manage waste, leave the environment intact, minimize the impact of fires, respect wildlife, respect others.
For guided trips, information and awareness is provided by the guide during the first briefing but also during the daily briefings and open discussions with customers.
After the trip
We invite all our customers to provide feedback on themes such as pollution observed on site, overcrowding, etc. through our satisfaction questionnaire. Customers can also contact us at contact@intura-travel.com and leave their comments.
