Chateauneuf du Pape to the wine trails of Provence - guest reviews

Deborah & Ruth - July 2019

"Hotel Geraniums in le Barroux has a charming patio, the staff are very sympathique, and the food is lovely. Great location, but less comfortable rooms. Its charm makes up for the rooms. Le Pradet has no charm, but the pool and air conditioning were very welcome on a very hot day! Fabien, your taxi driver, is delightful and very helpful. Les Tilleuls in Malaucene is absolutely charming: it was a great place for a rainy rest day.
L'Eveche in Vaison is remarkable. It's a bonus that Le Beffroi is just down the road for dinner: perfect place for dinner on the terrace on our last night.
Yes, I would use your company again and have already recommended you. Excellent research and details !"

Carol & friends - July 2019

"The walk was more of a hike and more strenuous than I expected. Perhaps the website should state that it is a hike. The only concern was the fact that I did not release that is was quite some steep hiking. We did love it and fortunately were all fit enough to manage but it was harder than expected.
Would you recommend us to your friends ?
Yes, Everyone we dealt with were great.
I would look at other countries and see what is on offer on INTURA travel".

The Track finders !

"You discover one of the most prestigious wine villages in France, with perfect views of Mont Ventoux.
You start in Chateauneuf du Pape, THE famous wine -making village . You walk along the vineyards from one estate to the next , with a great option for a wine tour with a wine specialist. You then continue hiking on scenic walking trails, that take you towards the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Stopping off in historic villages, many of which are rarely reached by the average tourist, and staying in delightfully traditional settlements, walkers experience a truly tradi-tional France.
Highlights include Séguret, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France; Gigondas, with its fantastic high-rise views across miles of vineyards; Le Barroux, with its impressive 12th century castle; the fortified village of Malaucene. And last but not least the Roman Vaison la Romaine and its stunning archaeological site"
