Hiking in the famous Calanques of Cassis in Provence - guest reviews

This walking trip is a real melting pot of landscapes. You get to visit 2 great cities – Marseille with its port and infamous early morning fish market and  Aix en Provence - with an extension option -  wonderfully bourgeois with its impressive banks, shops and mansions. And then there’s Cassis and La Ciotat, 2 picture postcard towns where you will be spoilt for choice for restaurants and cafés. Throw in a little bit of island hopping and swimming on the Friouls Islands, add some walks through the calanques and then finish with the steep and steady climb up to Cézanne’s Sainte Victoire (not for the fain hearted!). It does all fit into a 5 days holiday, we promise!
