" Exceptional service at Belle Epoque and Wilson, great hotels. St Georges was not at the same calibre for service and breakfast but more than adequate.
The trip highlights for me : The Palais in Dijon -- recommend the tour de Philippe Le Bon. Beaune was fantastic -- les Hospices, the Patriarche cave tour/tasting and mustard-making at Fallot were terrific.
